My journey with holistic therapies started with being attuned to reiki in 2003.

It immediately brought about many positive effects on both myself and others when I began practising .

My first placement was working with women recovering from addiction and the benefits reiki brought to them was amazing.

I then trained in Crystal therapy and Swedish massage.

Followed by Reflexology, Hot stone massage, Holistic facial massage and Stress management, during which I was on placement for most of the year in clinics providing treatments to carers of seriously ill relatives.

I have since added Advanced massage, Deep tissue massage ,Ear candling, Colon massage, Gemstone energy massage and Colour therapy to my portfolio.

I absolutely love my work. It is so rewarding to help people relax and find peace within themselves and its such a privilege to work with reiki, crystals and energies from source.

In particular I love giving workshops and so enjoy seeing peoples reactions when they first experience the energy field.

I love animals, learning, being out in nature and am also involved in healing and meditation groups.
